Junior Culinary Programme for Kids of all ages
Introduce your child to the joys of cooking and baking with these progressive lessons over 5 days. Perfect for the inquisitive child with no cooking experience, these hands on classes are taught by Executive Chef Brenda Chew covering cuisines from all over the world. Your child will not only be learning a valuable skill, they will have lots of fun, boost their creativity, foster healthy eating habits and no doubt make some friends along the way too. You may just have a budding chef in the making!

A certificate of completion and an apron will be issued for each child who attends all 5 classes.

The classes will be held as follows:

Day 1
10am to 12pm Japanese Cuisine
- Chawanmushi
- Japanese white stew
12pm to 12.30pm Lunch
12.30pm to 2.30pm Oceania Cuisine
- Chicken pie
- Sausage roll

Day 2
10am to 12pm Italian Cuisine
- Fresh pasta with bolognese sauce
- Mini pizzas
12pm to 12.30pm Lunch
12.30pm to 2.30pm French Cuisine
- Ratatouille
- Mini quiches

Day 3
10am to 12pm Asian Cuisine
- Hokkien mee
- Chinese dumpling
12pm to 12.30pm Lunch
12.30pm to 2.30pm Asian Pastry
- Sesame balls
- Baklava

Day 4
10am to 12pm American Cuisine
- Mini sliders
- Coleslaw
12pm to 12.30pm Lunch
12.30pm to 2.30pm English Cuisine
- Shepherd's pie
- Bread and butter pudding

Day 5
10am to 12pm Thai Cuisine
- Springrolls
- Chicken with cashew nuts stir fried and served with rice
12pm to 12.30pm Lunch
12.30pm to 2.30pm Canapes for graduation
- Mini meat balls on skewers
- Cheesy choux puffs
- Choco magnum

Parents and friends are encouraged to come at the conclusion of the class to enjoy all the wonderful canapes the kids will make for the graduation event.
